The Motorhome and Caravan Show returns to Birmingham’s NEC from 17 to 22 October showcasing all the new-for-2018 products from manufacturers and dealers.

Launching live

The UK’s largest leisure vehicle show sees new models launch daily in the LIVE Theatre, with celebrity chefs cooking live from the kitchens of new products. Swift kicks off the presentations on 17 October with the UK relaunch of the iconic American Airstream. Auto-Trail takes centre stage on 18 October with its new Tracker LB in the LIVE Theatre, as well as showing the new V-line Sports pack on its four V-line models and the new Imala 732 on its stand.

Hymer will launch a new model live on 19 October from its latest ranges including the Exsis-i, Exsis-t, B SupremeLine and 60-year jubilee models. Bailey will reveal one of its latest additions to the newly revamped Unicorn line-up on 20 October, all boasting light and spacious interiors with longer seats, longer beds and an increased kitchen work surface.

On 21 October, Hillside Leisure presents its new model, based on the VW Crafter launched earlier this year. Wrapping up the LIVE Theatre launches on 22 October is Opus with its latest self-inflating camper for 2018. Air Opus converts from a compact trailer to a six-berth camper in less than two minutes and all at the touch of a button.

Caravans

The ever-popular Action caravan from Adria makes its official UK return, featuring a new contemporary interior design and enough space to provide comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The refurbished Alpina Missouri and Adora models are also displayed. Coachman’s new season portfolio features the eagerly awaited VIP with innovative enhancements and a new body shell.

Elddis brings together 41 products from across the Buccaneer, Compass and Elddis ranges as well as launching its 2018 season Xplore range of touring caravans. Lunar shows two new models featuring the twin-axle four-berth Lexon 660 and the four-berth Delta TR tourer, and on display for the first time is the Alaria 8ft-wide bodyshell with a new TR layout. Freedom Caravans brings its redesigned range for 2018, including the entry-level Microlite Bijoux and the Jetstream Twin FLARE.

Motorhomes

The Elddis Encore 2018 range launches at the show and Trigano displays its Chausson 2018 for the very first time. Adria shows its all-new, low-profile Coral motorhome range while Bailey presents its latest models from the Approach Advance and Autograph lines. Dethleffs showcases new designs and layouts across the A-Class Low Profile and Coachbuilt models, with the addition of the larger-layout Coachbuilt A 7877-2.

Rapido brings its latest models, with Roller Team displaying the Pegaso 740 A-Class: the first European A-Class sold in the UK with entrance and layout in right-hand drive format. Swift’s five motorhome ranges include the Bessacarr redesigned for 2018 and Lunar makes a UK debut with the brand new Cassini collection, offering value for money motorhomes with style and a comprehensive specification.

Campervans

Autohaus will display its two new 2018 campervans, the Ashton 94’ and the Kingston. Bilbo’s launches a special anniversary addition of the Celex in both long and short wheelbase and Greenline Leisure Vehicles makes a show debut, launching the four-berth version of the 500RG. Rolling Homes launches a new campervan based on the new Mercedes-Benz Vito. Vantage shows a special limited edition on a Fiat Ducato, while Weinsberg debuts the Carabus 601DQ. Lunar will launch an innovative new van conversion as well as show its Mercedes-Benz-based Landstar and the Roadstar range.

Holiday homes and lodges

Wessex showcases two new 2018 models including the Allure luxury lodge, designed to provide the perfect family retreat, along with the Dorset park home. Swift presents the Whistler Lodge and Biarritz Lodge as well as the S-Pod and S-Pod 4. The extensive range of Swift holiday homes includes the Bordeaux, Bordeaux Escape, Antibes and Atlantique. Omar displays the Accent park home and all-new Atrium luxury lodge. Also exhibiting their latest holiday homes and lodges are Allens and Tingdene.

And more

Motorhome and caravan dealers display their special editions and latest ranges at the October show.
